Welcome to #skiverrückt
34 years after hosting the sunny World Ski Championships in 1991, it fills us with pride to be the host of the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Saalbach 2025 again, highlighting Saalbach’s warm-hearted hospitality and Ski Austria’s ability to skillfully manage large-scale international events. Since then, Saalbach has become a highly international popular ski region, with lift facilities of the highest standard, as well as a high-quality gastronomy.
1 MOUNTAIN – 1 FINISH AREA – 11 RACES
The competitions will take place at the Zwölferkogel. All races will end up at the same finish area close to the valley station 12er KOGEL. Each race day, a crowd of over 15,000 people will cheer on the grandstands for all the athletes when they will cross the finish line.
